He told me if he had not posted within a week he probably made his final flight. I have no confirmation on what state is. But his last post was November 6. His post in several forums is always positive. And I will miss them. I am not sure if all knew. He had cancer for some years now. Just thought I inform in this forum too

He can do that. But by ditching or bail out the software can spawn a ai pilot. Mig Catalina finds him and rescue him the human pilot who triggered the rescue will not lost its life or getting pow. if too few humans fly Catalina ai could be sent for the rescue

With Jason you never know. He is a visionary But from an economical perspective I think it would be a luxury in the start. I bet he is up for it if or when the economic part allowes it

Well not too many years to retirement 10 years or so. In my country you never really know. I feel I have to run after it. They want old people continue working. Time is no down to maybe home one week in the month and family take most time then. But VR and PTO should be a winning combo. But I like fat slow birds. Avengers, Kates , Devastator and such things. I am to slow and unfocused to fly fighters

Had two fun fligts using JU88 C6 in GB with mates in a low populated server attacking ships. heavy aa and damaged the planes severely. But funny enough unlike if attacked by fighters we manage to emergency land. All I ask is a fair chance to fly a damage bomber and not disintegrate to powder every time I get attacked

How can DD Get to be a clod theme? for those not flying it, their loss. That is that. Anyone thinking same as me? with 3D on its way, there should be a idea on how complex dm and fm going to be. I hope that is next DD

I do like the complexity of clod. Both in dm and fm. I really like that to be incorporated.

No sim provide a realistic atmosphere nor physics. No g forces , authentic turbulence. our easy movable joysticks in a pretty dead environment provide a very unrealistic accuracy. But I have fate in humanity. What young people did then, young people will do now if need be

Well my point was you are free to use both. I find it refreshing flying without vr in some modules

Regarding VR it is simple. You Are not competative regarding spotting , image , and field of view no matter what VR you choose. in some sims in my point of view multiple screens for systems are more immersive. But you won’t be in the cockpit. I fly with G2 in simpler modules and choppers because it rocks to be in the cockpit. G2 is sufficient for that purpose. Using VR don’t mean you abandon 2D. It just mean you got a choice

I play it a lot. Compared to GB this sim is excellent
