I suppose I could try out ww2 one more time. They say there are good campaigns

Happy New Year to Everyone in the Combat Pilot Community!
Lusekofte replied to Jason_Williams's topic in General Discussion
Yes, happy new year. -
I am so praying for a believable DM both in flyable and ships. looking at this DD you get an idea how much needed to be in place for a sim

My old i7 with a 3080 gpu and 32 gb ram is still going strong in DCS. I have seen happy flyers with these specs in both msfs and DCs. I think as long people migrate to at least 20 series they will run anything in development right now. With tweaked graphics of course.

Clod had many reasons for ifs fall. It was simply ahead of its time. But still having those ambitions today still means a lot of coding and might not be what we are looking for. we all got our preferences, and they can’t all be met. But I think Jason knows what this going to be measured by. And will probably go for better

I have no records to show for. But really. The hard controls in high speed on the zeke is a no brainer in my eyes. It should be implemented. If you look at all pilot documentaries, animated or reenacted. The heavy controls at high speed is always implemented and in my eyes specified by the pilots the documentary is based on.

Will we get a developer diary until the end of this year ?
Lusekofte replied to Elrajo73's topic in General Discussion
Unlike one other sites I know , they got a lot more attention to customer service here. As long as it is anything to say. I am personally very surprised with what they already manage to produce. -
We can always hope. Damage model in clod is probably best in business. I would not expect such a degree of ambitions. But I hope for a much better engine damage than timers.

As far as I know there were several Dauntlesses too. Badly trained pilots whom made shallow dive attacks with disastrous result.

I hate discord like I hate all chat apps. It is a mess

See a Zeke fly in December at Planes of Fame

Would be a nobrainer for me even with a 4 hour drive -
The Japanese will be realistic in multiplayer.

Never flew it online. But Zero and Spitfire was invincible offline. I avoided them for that reason and became soft for the underdogs -
I think mine was thrown in the bin at some point.

That would probably be squadron missions marked on it. Still the F 16 symbols confuse me.

Never seen that livery. Beautiful razorback. And look how it flies. 🤗

Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2
Lusekofte replied to wheelsup_cavu's topic in Joysticks and Controllers
I think that depend on the software. And software has supported force feedback for a decade + Missing that in a new software can’t even be possible -
In US 25000+ aircrew in all branches died during their training. I know commonwealth’s numbers was high too. the human and economical cost of a long war is incomprehensible
-
I think they fly wt. No time for dd

Thanks for the link. I wrote something about his many friends in flight sim community and the condolences in several forums. That he be missed by many.
