I think for screenshots what you are describing might be OK but my first thought is how will having that many individual high resolutions textures impact playability? CPU's and GPU"s of today are head and shoulders above those that were state of the art in 2001 and 2013 but sims of those eras can still brings current systems to their knees. Wheels

Just ten days away from the next Hangar Talk and Flying Demo at Planes of Fame on Saturday March 02, 2024. Hangar Talk and Flying Demo of the Boeing P-26A Peashooter On Saturday, March 2, 2024, Planes of Fame Air Museum presents another in our series of Hangar Talk events along with our monthly Flying Demo. The Museum will be featuring the Boeing P-26A 'Peashooter'. Museum doors open at 9:00am on this day. Hangar Talk begins at 10:30am and lasts until 12:00pm. Hangar Talk features several brief and fascinating presentations focused on aviation history, key personalities from aviation’s past, and other engaging topics. We’ll announce the actual line-up for each event about 1-2 weeks preceding the event. At 12:15pm, we'll be hosting our "Flying Demo" featuring the "P-26A Peashooter." A brief outdoor presentation will be followed by engine start-up and taxi directly in front of the crowd. Q & A with the aircraft pilot will follow the flight. We will have food trucks on-site, our re-enactors and Museum Guides, and fun stuff for our youngest visitors. Our Gift Shop is open and stocked with loads of aviation themed apparel, toys, logo keepsakes, books and many more items. The Museum is open until 4:00pm. Regular Admission is in effect (Members always admitted free). Our "Member's Only" raffle drawing will be held to win a flight in one of our aircraft. A great way to spend the day for the whole family at Planes of Fame Air Museum. Wheels

I was flying a P-51D when the Fw-190 I was chasing tried to set a pick with two other Fw-190's I was so focused on the Fw-190 I was chasing that I nearly jumped out of my skin when the two other FW-190's appeared in my windscreen. Even though I knew the two other 190's were in the area I thought their waypoint path was taking them away from the engagement area. Had the two Fw-190's I did not see again until the last moment been Player piloted the drag and bag set up by the first Fw-190 would have been successful, all thing being equal. Wheels
