Definitely less than 10 minutes since I tried to edit a post the other day and was quite surprised how short the time frame was for the post to be edited. Another thing I have seen with unlimited time to edit posts is for a user or users to get a burr in their behind over some perceived slight and go back and edit all of their posts to be empty or replace it with a snarky message referencing that perceived slight. Can really play havoc with multiple threads when the poster was a long time member of the site.
