Major Lee Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 (edited) This is an FM2 Wildcat that was recovered from the bottom of Lake Michigan in 2012. It is currently under restoration. The USN used two converted steamships as training carriers and quite a few novice pilots went swimming in the Big Lake!
