Ludo
I have found some articles (in japanese unfortunately) about the only surviving Ki-84 and apparently the plane is in good conditions and some maintenance/restoration work has been underway recently. There are some photos and videos about some work/checks being done on the cowling flaps and the flaps. Maybe someone knows some other sources (in english or in japanese) about warbirds in Japan? https://trafficnews.jp/post/120572 https://trafficnews.jp/post/131833
BlitzPig_EL
The Imperial War Museum in Britain has had a Ki-84 in their collection for some time, and is currently the only complete example in the world. Edited April 2 by BlitzPig_EL

I presume it's a typo and you meant Ki-100? Edited April 4 by Art-J
BlitzPig_EL
I know they have a 100, and I believe they also have an 84. Is that not so?
