Skelthos Posted June 13 Share Posted June 13 Using Airlink on the quest does not use the WiFi on your motherboard, the quest connects to your wireless router and then routes through your network to your PC. This setup works well if you are using the Quest in the same room as your router, otherwise, the USB works fine assuming you have the spare USB-C port on your motherboard. If you do go with the wireless router, I highly recommend getting Virtual Desktop, it does the wireless streaming so much better than the built-in Quest app. 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When I launch things through Steam VR it works better though. I moved to OpenVR with my Reverb G2 ages ago. Way better quality and FPS on both IL-2 and Elite Dangerous.
