Heck no. I'm not sure we've have seen a Pacific War movie at that level of detail. I'm not into VR but I can only imagine the awe in wandering around those hanger decks in one.

When she returned to service in late-1943 she was packing some fifty Oerlikon 20mm cannon, 8 twin and 6 quad-mounted Bofors 40mm cannon, and 8 5"/38cal dual purpose guns.

The amount of firepower an American carrier battlegroup could bring to bear against an air attack was massive.

Very nice, I’m really excited for this project and the community engagement is already uplifting. Can’t wait for the online battles to come.

Im also wondering how the carriers will work in the multiplayer environment. Who will steer them? Will they have predefined routes or will we have a player directing them?

All good. Full steam. I am strapped in the plane cockpit that came just up on the deck. But heck there is a propeller but not the engine. The instruments are missing. As soon as I have instruments and the engine I will take off.

I am waiting in the cockpit, it is hot and humid, a tiring weather. The carrier is just on idle. There is a little breeze that has the stars and stripes flapping.  I am waiting the moment when the carrier will turn and go full power at 30 nots in the wind.

And and and, I just woke up. Ah it was just a dream.... for now
