Mysticpuma Posted October 29, 2024 Posted October 29, 2024 (edited) Doesn't have to be in any particular order, these are your 5 greatest games. Mine would be: The original "Tomb Raider". I still rate it as the best game simply because of all the secrets, searching, rewards, story...just brilliant. Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars. Voice acting and writing were just fantastic. However for those who know ...the damn goat! 😂😂 Racedriver: GRID First racing game I played that had imperfect Ai. I remember chasing a pack around a mountain track, to come around a corner and see a huge pile up in front of me, causes by a car losing control, ploughing into a wall and spinning into oncoming traffic. It was like Cole Trickle in "Days of Thunder" 😂 Fight Night Round 3 Firstly it was just great fun, graphically it felt like you really were making a solid impact. This was a personal one for me though. I had a great mate who I used to fight online with. One match, Foreman vs Ali it was all square in the last round and with 10 seconds left, I genuinely slipped, hit the D pad and landed an illegal elbow in his head. Knocked him down, won the match and the Ref. never called it. I was laughing hysterically and apologising, he was fuming but laughing. Just one of those moments. Sadly a few months later he lost his life but it still sticks with me as one perfect fight and moment. Unreal Tournament So many FPS to choose from, CoD, R6, Destiny, Quake 2, Doom, etc, etc. but Unreal Tournament just brings back so many great gaming memories. This will always be my favourite shooter and I wish they would bring it back again. Honourable mention to any flight SIM you can think of. We have to take it that flight Sims have got us where we are now of-course. Personal favourites would be European Air War, IL2:1946, CloD and BoX. Well that's my list...only 5...take it away.
