Could we get a cinematic mode for speed blur (against the ground) and prop spin visible?

I think there is an option for the speed blur in BoX but it never seems to have any effect when I tick it. Something that makes ground scenery blur passed to give the effect of speed.

Secondly, something like this mod from IL2:1946, which shows the effect of a global shutter (not scanline like mobile phones), to show shutter blade effects, affecting the sprop visibility?
